Handover is a necessary activity for saving superior knowledge and skills to the organizations. What is a pattern language for handover? A pattern languages for handover is used to provide desirable solutions based upon known best practices. They help guide a solution for a given context and problem domain. We originally held a handover workshop to collect data about handover experiences. Most participant recollected failures, which helped us identify concrete handover problems. By analyzing the problems, we noted their root causes and outlined them as problems and solutions. To describe the problems and solution easily, we use Scenario. What is the purpose of this wiki site? This wiki site introduces 25 handover solution patterns. Moreover, we introduce 24 new patterns find in a workshop for our pattern language. Through this wiki site, we share ideas and experiences with readers with participants, actively discuss and take the opportunity to get hints of "appropriate inheritance to leave good know-how to the company". 25 handover solution patterns Intention for responsible handover Handover is not a temporary thing. The predecessor must consider the handover to as a project. Spread of knowledge Share knowledge with related third parties. Professional writer Ask a good writer to create handover documents. Understandable contents Make a list to arrange it what is written in the document. Update history Confirm the revision status by the update history. Quick correspondence for the review Deal with the review immediately. Check by other similar documents Utilize other similar documents as a framework when verifying knowledge is not omitted. Review for the documents of handover Have third parties verify documents objectively. Timing of appointment Allow sufficient time for the handover by indicating the transfer. Successor as capable as the predecessor Appoint successor just as capable as the predecessor. Mercenary Appoint an external person if a proper person does not exist in the department. Preparations for lessons of the handover Study the duties of the predecessor before the handover and make an effort to understand the responsibilities. Apprentice Have the successor to imitate the predecessor s action. Firewall for handover Protect the successor from sudden work to support the handover. Immediate questions on the unclear spot Immediately ask questions for clarity. Extra-inning for completion of the handover Contact the successor to communicate information not conveyed during the handover. Reunion for old members Gather with the predecessor to maintain a relationship. Supporting developing successor Support the successor as they learn the post. Neighboring excavation If there were no data in the handed over document, survey other data. Witness for the knowledge Ask the person who seems to have neighboring knowledge. Secure an emergency contact Exchange contact information with the predecesssor to keep in touch. Questions checking the successor s understanding Check the successor s knowledge by asking questions. Handover in a different room Move to a different room while communicating with the successor. Incremental handover Handover little by little, and enhance the handover content while working with the successor. Mentor for successor Support the successor during the handover.

LOFT ロフト 監督 : 黒沢清 出演 : 中谷美紀 豊川悦司 西島秀俊 安達祐実 鈴木砂羽 加藤晴彦 大杉漣 久しぶりの黒沢映画。しかも劇場で見る。そんな場面でメガネを忘れた。最近多いこの忘れ物。仕方なく一番前で見た。確かにプロジェクターを上回るにはこの手段が一番わかりやすい。新宿テアトルはそれほど首いたくならなかったし。 最終の7時スタート。半分も埋まっていない。都内2箇所くらい。これが黒沢評価だ。きっと勤め先で名前上げても何人も反応しないだろう。感想も言い合えないむなしい関係。阿部も中原も保坂も知らない(小説だけど)。そんな中で「何か映画みました?」、って聞かれても・・。 観終わって。確かにメジャー作品にはなれないなぁ。素直に「面白い」って言いにくいし。『カリスマ』以降、その継続るす思い切りの良さはスゴイのだけど、トータル的によく分からない作品ばかりになって来た。 相変わらず変なシーンが多い。西島秀俊演じる編集者のインテリアが妙だ。中谷美紀が住み始めた家のつくりも変。ゴミを焼却する装置も妙な迫力。豊川悦司がたまに来る大学の研修施設、なんで同じ敷地に建っているの。大学の同僚、大杉漣は金もうけにはまっている。市場主義化する教育機関?。安達祐実は死んでいるの?幽霊なの?。加藤晴彦の妙な軽さはいったい・・。 何よりも変なのは演技だ。あれだけの名優達が集まっているのに、あれだけ乾いた棒読み的な台詞回しは空間をとても平坦なものに見せる。極めつけはホラーの描き。もはやホラーであることが形式でしかないように、半ば馬鹿にされた気分になってくる・笑。お約束の幽霊登場も、驚いたこちらが恥ずかしくなるくらい、一瞬で忘れ去られている。なんの恐怖も引きずらない演出。 風が吹いたり、抱き合ったり、走ったり(それらはホントにスバラシイ)。それなりの「盛り上がり」はあるのだけど、ベースが徹底して平坦な渇きに支配されているものだから、今更気分は変わらない。コレも何かのフリだな・・。って先回りしたくなる。ラストのアン・ハッピーエンドなんて、思わず笑ってしまった。 文学界の対談で阿部和重は、「(黒沢監督は)現代の映画作家として今、一体何ができるのかということをまず熟慮しながら、(ジャパニーズ・ホラーという)ジャンルをベースにした上で撮るという二重の困難を引き受けている」と言っていた。そうとも見れる、と思う。けれど好き勝手やって、そんな風に批評される黒沢清って幸せだ。2006-09-23/k.m コメントをぜひ k.m そういえば西島秀俊はとても映画好きで、文学界でのインタビューで彼はロベール・ブレッソンの『ラルジャン』に圧倒されたと言っていた。ブレッンはなかなか見られないので、なおさら気になった。ここで予告編は見られますが。http //www.bowjapan.com/bow30/film_directors/largent.php 2006-09-24 (日) 22 30 50 名前 コメント カテゴリー-映画
